Meetings are held at the Memorial Hall, Stoke St Michael on Thursdays at 7.30pm and are held every six weeks.
Visitors are welcome and are able to speak during the Public Session at the beginning of the meeting.
It may be necessary to arrange additional meetings to discuss planning applications and other urgent issues.
Notice of such meetings will be displayed on the notice board and on the website, Dates for Parish Council Meetings 2023-2024.
The wider parish includes the hamlets of Midway, Three Ashes, East End, Stoke Bottom, Withybrook and Fosse Road.
